Join us for Cascadia Nanoose Masterclass Thursday April 25th from 6:30–8pm.

Exploring the wonderful world of botanically infused wines, made from mead. From dry and bubbly, to bold, sweet and bitter, our aperitifs are sure to delight in cocktails, on ice or with a splash of sparkling water.

Join owner and vermouth maker Michela Palmer as she talks through award winning vermouths and aperitifs. She will be sampling the two infamous vermouths that won Worlds Best and a few other aperitifs that capture the wide range that exists within this category. Expect to learn about vermouth and why bitter can sometimes be better!
