Boutinot Project B Sauvignon Blanc

Project ‘B’ is a winemaking partnership between two worlds, Old and New, creating a classically French, New World wine. Classically Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of citrus, stone fruit and cordite. On the palate tangerine and melon shine through and the wine has a wonderful balance of fruit and mineral flavours, showing both restraint and opulence, with a lengthy, refreshing finish.
