Desert Wind Chardonnay

This Chardonnay was picked late in the year for optimal ripeness and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors and provide a clean, refreshing palate. After fermentation, the Chardonnay went through 100% malolactic fermentation and aged sur lie in 100% french oak barrels. The resulting Chardonnay is rich with notes of tropical fruit, brioche, and a hint of vanilla.
