This BC Vermouth is made in the traditional Italian Rosso style for use in classic cocktails, but with enough Vancouver Island character to stand on its own over ice or with a splash of soda.
Each botanical is extracted completely separately from one another and then blended after extraction in order to accurately dial in the exact desired flavour, regardless of seasonal/regional changes.
