A scintillating blend of organic Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay grown in Okanagan vineyards especially suited for sparkling wine grape production. "Brut Nature" indicates the driest style of sparkling wine with no sugar added before bottling. Flavours of tart green apple, Seckel pear and lemon with a hint of toast. Racy acidity and zero dosage allow pure, vibrant fruit flavours to shine centre stage. Warning: this wine is extremely dry–and extremely delicious!
