The second episode of our Valley Series takes us “Down Under” as we explore the Barossa Valley, nestled just north of Adelaide in South Australia. This region is known for its big, bold reds and is home to the world’s oldest surviving Shiraz vines. The Barossa is not solely defined by its heavy reds, though, as the region also encompasses the Eden Valley, where crisp white wines dominate the viticultural landscape. Join Callum Heap, Cascadia Liquor’s resident Wine Guru, and learn all about the Barossa Valley while sampling 6 of the best wines this celebrated region has to offer.
