Refund policy
We offer returns and exchanges for customer convenience. Cascadia Liquor reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of any purchased product.
Exchanges
For an exchange of a purchased product, you must present the original sales receipt and the unopened and un-tampered product. Your exchange will act as a credit towards your final purchase.
Refunds
For refund of a purchased product, customers can return product to the original Cascadia Location it was purchased from with an original sales receipt, within 30 days from purchase. The product must be returned in good resalable condition. Product must be unopened in original packaging with seals and labels intact. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of tender. Returns over $500 (with a receipt) must be verified by a manager. The reimbursement will be issued by cheque.
Empty Container Returns
All our liquor store locations accept empty container returns. We only accept CLEAN alcoholic beverage containers of products carried in-store. We do not accept non-alcoholic containers or U-vin/U-brew containers or any other recyclables. There is a limit of 24 per person, per day. We accept returns daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Subject to terms and conditions.
