The Den Rewards turns every dollar you spend into points and every visit into more value.

The Den Rewards includes three membership levels: the Cub Tier, Black Bear Tier and Grizzly Tier, each offering additional perks and points as you level up.

All points earned during a 12 month period will contribute to your status. You will be notified when you earn enough points to join the next tier. Members can unlock Black Bear tier by earning 10,000 points and Grizzly tier with 50,000 points.

To view your points and available rewards, log into your account through the Cascadia Liquor app and visit your profile or ask one of our clerks the next time you visit us in-store!

Points can be redeemed as follows:

• 1,000 points = $1
  
• 5,000 points = $5
  
• 10,000 points = $10
  
• 15,000 points = $15

A minimum of 1,000 points is required to redeem towards purchases of $20 or more. Please allow 24 hours for your points to show up in your account after earning.

At Cub Tier, you earn 10 points for every $1 spent. At Black Bear Tier, you earn 12 points for every $1 spent. And at Grizzly Tier you earn 15 points for every $1 spent.

No. Bonus points are available for redemption only and do not contribute toward tier status. Only points earned from dollar-based purchases contribute toward tier progression.

1,000 points must be earned before redemption. Points earned on day of purchase can not be used until your next purchase. Please allow 24 hours for your points to show up in your account after earning.

No. Your tier tracks the total amount of points earned within the 12 month qualification period. Please enjoy redeeming your points while we keep track of the total earned points for you. We will keep you updated on your progress.

When you move up to a higher tier, you will have a full 12 months to maintain or reach the next tier. From there, the qualification period will reset. So you will always have a full year to enjoy your tier and earn points to next year's tier.

Points expire after 2 years of inactivity in your account. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for a full year. To maintain it, just earn enough points again before the year ends. Otherwise, your tier will adjust based on your points.

We’ll send a reminder one month before your points expire, and again one week before.

Yes. The Cascadia Liquor mobile app gives Den Rewards members the full shopping experience. You can find your nearest Cascadia locations, add products to your personal wine rack or beer fridge, check your points balance and order for pick-up!

No. Points can only be earned on purchases made in-store or through our website.

When location services are enabled in the Cascadia Liquor app, we use that information to show the stores closest to you at that moment, making it easier to browse inventory and shop nearby locations.

If you choose not to enable location access initially but would like to later, you can update this in your phone settings.

On iOS:

Open Settings → scroll to the Cascadia Liquor app → select Location → choose “While Using the App” or “Always.”

On Android:

Open Settings → Apps → Cascadia Liquor → Location Permissions → choose “Allow only while using the app.”

No. Points cannot be earned on tobacco, lottery, bottle deposit purchases or taxes. Points can only be redeemed on eligible items such as alcohol and merchandise.
