Jeremy brings over 25 years in the hospitality industry to Cascadia Liquor and a wealth of experience working with guests to find that perfect bottle for any occasion. In 2012, he achieved his Sommelier Diplomat from the International Sommelier Guild to complement his strong service-focused approach. Jeremy also has a big passion for craft beer and has recently attained the Cicerone Certification (while adding to his craft beer cellar along the way).
Before joining Cascadia, he owned and operated a restaurant in the Rocky Mountains before leaving it all behind for the beautiful West Coast.

Glenda is a dynamic and seasoned leader who brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Cascadia Liquor. Prior to Cascadia, Glenda held various progressive senior leadership positions with celebrated Canadian Luxury Hotel Company, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
Glenda is passionate about building highly engaged teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Originally from Ontario, Glenda enjoys exploring beautiful Vancouver Island and sampling local wines and spirits.

Jay and his team are excited about creating an amazing shopping experience for all Cascadia guests. Jay has extensive experience in hospitality and bartending. Stacey brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the liquor retail business to Cascadia. Her customer-focused approach centers around the guest experience - she loves getting to know our guests, treating everyone like family! As a leader she is passionate about creating a fun, engaged work environment and delivering exceptional customer service. Stacey’s passion for people and leadership is evident in everything she does. Cole has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and spent the last 5 years in the BC wine industry in Kelowna where he had a variety of roles in retail, production, management, and assisted with the opening of a restaurant at one of the wineries. He loves recommending great BC wine's and helping his team provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to everyone that walks in the door. After recently moving back to Victoria, Cole is focusing on the craft beer scene to help make great recommendations and explore the delicious local craft beers that Victoria has to offer!

Mark has over 30 years of experience in hospitality and has spent the last 17 on an Eastern Caribbean Island cultivating his passion for food, wine, and cocktails. He was drawn back to Parksville to explore the flourishing local craft beer, wine, and spirits scene and to be closer to his family. Mark’s specialty is recommending wine for any occasion – especially when pairing it with food! During his time off, Mark takes part in many sports as a way to unwind. He especially enjoys golf, as the 19th hole is great to par-take in some local Island libations!

With years of customer service and retail management experience behind him, Drew’s passion for craft beer and spirits, along with a growing interest in wine, led him to take on the challenge of learning a new industry. The ever-growing craft beer and natural wine sections at Cascadia Langford are a testament to his enthusiasm around all things local and craft.

Cole has been in the retail beverage business for twenty years, including three years in the Okanagan running hospitality and sales at wineries to gain a better understanding of the production cycle of a winery. He even worked a harvest to fully experience the steps in winemaking from vineyard all the way to finished wine. Cole’s love of wine is only rivaled by his love of food, which as a certified Red Seal Chef, helps him recommend the perfect food and wine pairings for any meal. Be sure to ask him for some tips before your next party.

Rob has a wealth of leadership experience in both the hospitality and liquor retail industries, with over 10 years of experience in liquor retail. With his extensive product knowledge, Rob is committed to ensuring that every customer who enters his store has a positive shopping experience. David brings a wealth of experience with over 25 years in retail and customer service. He is a passionate leader who takes great pride and commitment in his team and truly cares about our customers. A proud husband and father of five, David loves exploring the outdoors, his creative side and, most recently, Australian Reds. He is always looking for new ways to elevate the shopping experience for the local community in Nanoose!

Julian has over 18 years of experience in hospitality and beverage management and was previously the spirits expert at the Vancouver Club. He loves to travel and discover unique cultures, wine, beer, and spirits of the world. Part of his passion includes educating and sharing his love for world class spirits and cocktails with guests and members alike. Originally from Nova Scotia, Heidi brings years of customer service and retail management experience to the Cascadia team, with a specialized focus and love for the craft beer industry. After several years managing the tasting room at Tofino Brewing Company, Heidi and her family moved inland to Port Alberni. Heidi is excited to join the Port Alberni community and looks forward to expanding her knowledge of local BC wines.

Adrian brings over 25 year’s experience in the hospitality industry, including 12 years of leadership experience to Cascadia Liquor. Originally from Malta, he moved to Vancouver Island in 2012 and quickly established himself as a Food & Beverage Service Manager, before relocating to Victoria, where he held leadership positions at the Courtney Room and Sea Cider before joining the Cascadia Liquor team. Adrian is passionate about providing an outstanding experience for his guests, has a love for wine and enjoys trying new cocktail recipes!
