My journey into the world of wine began at a young age. Born in Windsor, England, I moved to the U.S. at 11, where wine was always a staple at family dinners. After high school, I attended Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, where a Bar and Beverage class introduced me to the complexities of wine and spirits. That class sparked my passion, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

I’ve been fortunate to work in over 10 hotels across five countries, splitting my time between Front Office and Food & Beverage roles. While working as Bar & Beverage Assistant Manager at Four Seasons, I earned my WSET Level 1 certification, solidifying my desire to pursue a career in wine. I went on to become Head Sommelier at Foxhills, completed WSET Level 2, and managed a wine list and cellar.

Five years ago, I moved to Canada and shifted to the retail side of wine and spirits, completing WSET Level 3 along the way. Today, as the Wine & Spirits Specialist at Cascadia in Quadra Village, I curate rare wines and spirits for The Cellar and host premium tastings and master classes.
