Blackberries are in season and we’re taking full advantage to bring you the perfect blended cocktail, the Frozen Blackberry Bramble.
This stunning pink-hued bevvy uses two different gins from Stillhead Distillery and features a sweet blackberry flavour that tastes like a warm, summer Vancouver Island day.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 6 oz Stillhead London Dry Gin
- 6 oz Stillhead Blackberry Gin
- .5 ounces of Odd Society Crème de Cassis
- 5 tbsp of sugar
- 2.75 ounces of lime juice
- 22 ounces of ice
Instructions
Mix the two gins and the crème de cassis together in a pitcher. Add your sugar to the gin and crème de cassis and stir until it is dissolved. Next, fill the blender with ice and pour the sweetened gin mix on top. Add lime juice and bitters. Blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a prepared glass and garnish however you like. We recommend a twist of lime and a blackberry!
