Clover Club
To make it, you’ll need:
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Bombay Gin
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz. Raspberry Syrup
- 1 Egg White, or Vegan Cocktail Foamer
- Dried Rose Petals
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with romance using dried rose petals (or fresh raspberries), and enjoy!
Tip: Use a classic cocktail coupe for an elegant presentation. If you don’t have an egg white or vegan cocktail foamer, you can also use the aquafaba from your canned chickpeas to get that silky foam on top.
Bombay Gin
Created from a combination of ten botanicals, including juniper berries from Tuscany, which are vapour infused for delicate extraction. This process results in elegant aromas and complex flavours that are clean and balanced with a crisp finish.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
- ¾ oz. Rose Syrup
