Fitzpatrick Riesling
The 2021 Riesling is a blend of estate-grown and hand-sourced fruit from the south Okanagan. Fitzpatrick Riesling is all about the interplay between sweet and sour. We pick the fruit early to keep the alcohol levels down and the acidity levels high. Ferments are stopped early to allow some residual sugar to balance the acidity. The end result is a round and rich, yet crisp and refreshing wine.
