Bayou Spiced Rum
Small batch distilled from Louisiana sugarcane and then infused with a complex Creole spice blend. Pours an amber colour, with aromas of baking spice, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme and banana. Rich and rounded on the palate with flavours of allspice, banana, clove, pepper, maple and herb. Enjoy on its own or in a mixed drink.
