Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum
This is Plantation's homage to the Fiji Islands. Distilled from Fijian molasses, it's aged in bourbon casks for around three years, before it's sent over to France for a secondary maturation in French oak. A spicy, creamy and tropical affair, and a sure fire way to taste a sense of place.
