Salt Spring Semi Dry

Slightly sweeter than our dry cider, with earthy notes and good acidity. This cider is also made from over 20 varieties of entirely organic apples (completely different apples from the dry cider) including French cider varieties and heirloom apples picked from historic Salt Spring orchards.
