Beaufort Winery
We fortified our base wine – a single varietal Madeleine Sylvaner – with vodka from Sheringham Distillery in Sooke. We infused the vodka with a secret blend of 11 botanicals including wormwood, rosemary, vanilla, lemon and juniper.
