Ogio Rosso
Ogio's built a very sturdy brand over the years and this most recent addition to our lineup is almost sure to please. Grapes are dried on their stalks for two weeks before pressing, thereby shedding half of their original weight. This method is called Appassimento and increases the natural richness of the resulting wine. Pair with roasted meat, hard cheese, or just on its own. This wine is vegan-friendly.
