The Den Rewards Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of these Rewards Terms
The Den Rewards Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 17, 2026. They govern your participation in The Den Rewards loyalty program offered by Cascadia Liquor. These Rewards Terms supplement Cascadia Liquor's website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional program rules or promotional terms that we post or provide to you. If there is a conflict between these Rewards Terms and a promotion-specific rule, the promotion-specific rule controls for that promotion only. If there is a conflict between these Rewards Terms and our Privacy Policy on privacy matters, the Privacy Policy controls on those privacy matters.
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in The Den Rewards whether through our website, app, or participating stores, you agree to these Rewards Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll in or participate in the program.
2. Eligibility and enrollment
The Den Rewards is offered only to individual persons for personal, non-commercial use. To join, you must be at least 19 years old, reside in British Columbia, have a valid personal account, and provide accurate and current registration information.
Membership is limited to one account per person. Business entities, groups, resellers, and automated account registrations are not eligible unless we approve them in writing.
We may require you to verify your age, identity, email address, phone number, or other account details at enrollment, on redemption, at pickup or delivery, or at any other time we reasonably consider necessary for compliance, security, or fraud prevention.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly update your contact information if it changes.
You may not sell, share, assign, transfer, or allow another person to use your account, points, rewards, or member offers. We may treat activity on your account as authorized by you unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
We may communicate with you about your account, points balance, rewards, redemptions, changes to the program, or service and compliance matters using the contact information associated with your account.
4. Earning points
Eligible members may earn points on qualifying purchases at a rate determined by Cascadia Liquor from time to time. Unless we state otherwise in writing, the current base earn rate is 10 points for each $1 of qualifying purchases.
Points are generally calculated on the pre-tax purchase amount of qualifying items only. Taxes, deposits, bag fees, delivery fees, tips, charitable donations, gift card purchases, refunds, cancelled orders, and any other excluded items or charges do not earn points unless we expressly say otherwise.
We may exclude certain products, brands, stores, order types, channels, events, or promotional transactions from earning points. Purchases made outside participating channels do not earn points. Points may take up to a reasonable processing period to appear in your account.
Where required by liquor laws or pricing rules, we may cap, reduce, or withhold points on particular products or transactions to ensure the effective retail price of liquor does not fall below the applicable minimum legal price.
5. Redeeming points and rewards
Points have no cash value, are not property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be purchased, transferred, bartered, or sold. Rewards are promotional benefits offered at our discretion.
Points may be redeemed only in the ways, increments, and channels that Cascadia Liquor makes available from time to time. Reward options, inventory, participating locations, and redemption thresholds may change at any time.
Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, offers, or promotions unless we expressly say they can be combined.
No redemption may be applied in a way that would reduce the retail price of liquor below the applicable minimum legal price. If a reward, points redemption, or gift-card style credit would create that result, we may refuse or adjust the redemption, exclude the item, or require the reward to be applied to another eligible item or transaction.
6. Gift cards, sign-up offers, and promotional bonuses
From time to time we may offer sign-up bonuses, launch-day bonuses, birthday rewards, referral offers, bonus point promotions, or app-only offers. Those promotions are subject to any extra terms we publish for the relevant offer.
Promotional points or credits may have different expiry periods, redemption rules, or exclusions than base points. Unless we state otherwise, promotional points remain subject to these Rewards Terms.
If Cascadia Liquor permits points to be redeemed for a gift card or stored-value credit that can be used toward liquor purchases, the amount paid by the customer through that gift card or credit must still meet or exceed the applicable minimum legal price.
7. Returns, cancellations, and adjustments
If you return, cancel, reverse, dispute, or void a purchase that earned points, we may remove the related points from your account. If you already redeemed those points, your account may show a negative balance until enough new qualifying activity occurs to offset the adjustment or until you satisfy the shortfall in another way permitted by law.
We may correct posting errors, duplicate credits, pricing errors, reward miscalculations, or other account inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice.
8. Expiry and forfeiture
Unless we state otherwise, after 24 months of no qualifying activity, members' points will expire. Once a member reaches a tier, they remain in that tier for a full year. To maintain it, enough points must be earned again before the year ends. Otherwise, the member's tier level will adjust based on their points.
A qualifying activity may include an eligible purchase, eligible redemption, or other activity that we identify as account activity.
If your account is closed by you, deleted at your request, or terminated by us, unused points and unredeemed rewards are immediately forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Points and rewards may also be forfeited if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, account duplication, resale activity, or any breach of these Rewards Terms, the app EULA, or our site Terms of Service.
9. Marketing, app notifications, and communications
Program administration messages, service notices, account confirmations, point balance updates, redemption notices, and other operational communications are part of the program. They are not the same as optional promotional marketing.
Where consent is required by applicable law, including for promotional emails, text messages, or push notifications, we will seek that consent separately or through a compliant sign-up flow. You may opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe or preference tools we provide, but operational messages may still be sent where needed to administer your account or comply with legal obligations.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not abuse the program or attempt to manipulate it. Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts, using false information, sharing credentials, exploiting technical errors, scraping or automating redemptions, reselling rewards, or using the program in any unlawful, deceptive, or commercially abusive manner.
You may not use the program in connection with the purchase or attempted purchase of liquor for minors or for any unlawful resale, distribution, or delivery purpose.
11. Suspension, modification, or termination of the program
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, change, suspend, limit, discontinue, or terminate all or any part of the program, including the earn rate, redemption thresholds, available rewards, eligible products, participating channels, expiry rules, or membership benefits.
We may suspend or terminate your account or your access to the program at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Rewards Terms, our policies, applicable law, or any store compliance requirement, including rules relating to age verification, responsible sale, pricing, pickup, or delivery.
Except as required by law, Cascadia Liquor is not liable for changes to or termination of the program, or for any loss of points, rewards, or expected benefits resulting from those changes.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Den Rewards and all related offers, rewards, and app or web features are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to applicable consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascadia Liquor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill,
use, or data, arising out of or relating to the program or your participation in it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and contact
These Rewards Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
