Esquimalt Palmer's Spiced Apple
Traditionally spiced mead with clove and cinnamon with an added extra botanical flare by blending in ginger, star anise, allspice, and a touch of rosemary and elderflower. Made using 100% British Columbian blueberry-blossom honey.
