This fun and educational masterclass will guide you through Belgian brewing traditions, classic beer styles, ingredients and flavours, along with an introduction to food pairing and traditional Belgian glassware. A guided tasting of Brasserie de Silly beers is included throughout the experience.
Hosted by Gary De Pape, Western Canada Sales Director for Brasserie de Silly, Certified Cicerone and Prud’homme Beer Specialist. A former brewmaster, Gary brings years of brewing and industry experience to an engaging exploration of what makes Belgian beer so unique.
