The winemaker intends his Angus to go well with any red meats. It's bold and full-flavoured and sure to go up against your best BBQ sauce and rich savoury dishes. Lots of ripe black fruits upfront and the Cabernet Sauvignon introduces some welcome tannins that combine with plummy Merlot flavours. Balanced oak flavours and vanilla round out a strong, satisfying finish.
