Hidden Harbour Whiskey Rye
Ingredients

1¾ oz. Riefel Rye

¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
-
½ oz. Sons of Vancouver Amaretto
-
⅜ oz. Honey Syrup
-
⅜ oz. Orgeat
-
3 Dashes of Apricot Bitters
-
2 Pinches of Ground Cinnamon
Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, apricot liqueur, honey syrup, orgeat, bitters and a pinch of cinnamon. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with another pinch of cinnamon.
Reifel Rye Whiskey
Aromatic with notes of banana bread and burnt sugar. Flavourful with hints of toffee, vanilla, crème brûlée balanced with warm pear and dark chocolate. The finish is warm and lingering.
Disaronno Amaretto
Sweet and fruity character - This Italian liqueur made from vanilla and pure caramelized sugar with a characteristic bittersweet almond taste. Disaronno claims its original amaretto's secret formula is unchanged from the year 1525.
Mezcal Sparkle & Fizz
Ingredients

1½ oz. Mezcal

½ oz. Ginger Syrup

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 Dashes Lime Bitters
-
1 Large Egg White
-
3 oz. Ginger Beer

Lime Wedge or Twist
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the mezcal, ginger syrup, lime juice, bitters, and egg white. Shake vigorously and then double strain into a collins glass. Garnish, and enjoy!
Teremana Reposado Tequila
Anticipate vanilla, oak, honey, chocolate and herbal notes. It's medium-bodied and smooth with a long, warm finish.
Crabbie's Original Ginger Beer
Dark amber gold colour; fairly intense aromas of ginger, spice, with notes of oak and cedar. Sweet, medium bodied with frothy carbonation. Pleasantly balanced and spicy on the finish.
Deck the Halls Holiday Punch
(Serves 5)
Ingredients

10 oz. Cognac

10 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

30 oz. Rosé Sparkling Wine

20 oz. Ginger Ale
-
3 Blood Oranges, cut into wheels

Dried Blood Orange Slice
Method
In a punch bowl, add the cognac and maraschino liqueur. Stir slowly and add a large block of ice. Just before serving, add the Champagne and ginger ale. Slowly stir again, and garnish with the dried blood orange wheel.
